Senior Project Manager (Interiors)

Location: Greater Boston Area Status: Immediate / Ongoing The Role The firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its Interiors team, delivering high-end corporate interior and fit-out projects. This is a client-facing role requiring strong coordination skills and the ability to manage fast-paced schedules. Responsibilities
Lead interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and consultants
Serve as the primary client and design team point of contact
Oversee procurement, change management, and cost reporting
Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure successful field execution
Maintain quality, safety, and client satisfaction standards Qualifications
10 years of construction management experience
Strong interiors, corporate, or commercial background
Experience with a general contractor or construction manager
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Compensation and Benefits
Bonus potential up to approximately 20 percent
Monthly car allowance starting around $500
