Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Paid Media with deep expertise in both Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) and Paid Search (Google Ads, YouTube, Microsoft Ads, etc.).
  • Proven success managing multi-million-dollar budgets and delivering ROI-positive performance marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership experience, including 4+ years experience managing and growing high-performing cross-channel media teams.
  • Advanced understanding of the media ecosystem, KPIs, and attribution methodologies across the funnel.
  • Skilled in client relationship management with a track record of senior-level engagement and business growth.
  • Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with performance data and optimization strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to distill complexity for executive audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial, solutions-oriented, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
