Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years of EPC project experience (or equivalent).
  • Experience supporting commercial or contract functions on EPC projects.
  • Demonstrated experience administering EPC contracts during project execution.
  • Experience managing change orders, claims, and contract amendments.
  • Background supporting contract negotiations with clients, partners, or subcontractors.
  • Experience supporting large capital construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction contract terms, risk allocation, and insurance principles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple organizational levels and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Working knowledge of document management, scheduling, Advanced Work Packaging (AWP), and cost management practices across EPC phases.
  • Understanding of operational workflows and project execution processes.
  • Experience with financial modeling concepts and commercial calculations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Strong contract development, administration, and change management experience.
  • Proven negotiation and influence skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to identify and quantify commercial impacts for project scope changes.
  • Self-directed, proactive professional with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Adaptable and responsive in dynamic project and market environments.

  • Demonstrated career progression and stability preferred.
  • Strong contract development, administration, and change management experience.
Education
  • (Required) – Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline required.
