- Partner with Commercial Management, Business Area Leadership, and project teams to develop and administer commercial aspects of EPC contracts.
- Support contract development, compliance, and administration in collaboration with Legal, Risk, and Executive Leadership teams.
- Establish and maintain commercial work processes that support proposal development, project execution, and financial performance monitoring.
- Prepare and evaluate proposal economics, commercial models, and contracting strategies.
- Identify, assess, and quantify commercial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage contract compliance, change management processes, amendments, notifications, and related commercial documentation.
- Support financial and commercial performance reviews throughout project execution.
- Lead coordination of contracting methodologies and ensure alignment with organizational governance processes.
- Collaborate with operations, project directors, partners, and client representatives during all EPC phases.
- Contribute to development of tools, procedures, and systems that improve commercial consistency and execution efficiency.

- Minimum 10+ years of EPC project experience (or equivalent).
- Experience supporting commercial or contract functions on EPC projects.
