- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to schedule appointments and handle office needs.

- Assist with preparing real estate forms and contracts.
- Support team members with open houses and client meetings.
- Provide assistance with escrow and transaction coordination (Real Estate transaction experience required).
- Marketing & Social Media:
- Create and edit marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and postcards, using design tools like Canva.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media content creation.
- Organize and assist with external events and promotional activities.
