- 5–8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related field
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
- Experience with financial systems (e.g., ERP, planning tools such as Adaptive, Hyperion, or similar)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
