- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing projects such as paid media campaigns (PPC), online marketplace strategies, social media campaigns, and advertising creative development.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
- Develop project scopes, objectives, and timelines, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility with a focus on paid search, display, and eCommerce platforms like Amazon or Walmart.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including designers, developers, marketers, and content creators, to ensure cohesive and successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress, manage schedules, and ensure timely delivery of all project components.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, providing solutions and mitigating actions as needed.
- Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and performance metrics to clients and senior management.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, and status reports.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in PPC advertising, eCommerce platforms, and digital marketing, to continuously improve project management processes.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital project management, preferably within a digital marketing agency or related environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including PPC, social media, online marketplaces and content marketing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and within budget.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members at all levels.

Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing digital marketing projects with a focus on PPC campaigns and online marketplaces from conception to completion.
