- Partners with Freight Forwarders and 3PL providers to drive continuous improvement within our logistic processes.
- Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with company goals
- Lead and mentor logistics team , 3PL warehouse, and transportation teams
- Manage vendor relationships, including carriers and third-party logistics providers (3PLs)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
- Operations Management
- Manage third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers; negotiate contracts and service-level agreements
- Oversee inbound and outbound shipping, 3PL warehousing, and distribution activities
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment planning
- Ensure on-time delivery and service performance metrics are met
- Resolve operational issues, delays, and service disruptions

- Utilize ERP, WMS, and TMS systems to manage logistics activities

This position will support the logistics operations in support of our Wilmington site and remote locations in Monterrey Mexico, Europe and China.
Must be able to ascend and descend ladders, stairs, and in proximity to loud equipment.
Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Must be able to see and respond to at-risk situations.
Must be able to wear personal protective gear when in industrial locations.
Must be able sit for longer periods of time as well as move about throughout the office and production, / laboratory environment.
