- Drive adoption of automation, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices for data platform development and deployment
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies including AI/ML integrations and advanced analytics capabilities

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, data warehousing, and Azure cloud data platforms, utilizing Python, SQL, and ETL tools to support BI and analytics applications
- 5+ years of experience leading projects through delivery while providing technical oversight, architectural guidance, and code reviews
- 5+ years of experience architecting Azure-based data platforms, including Synapse or Microsoft Fabric environments
