Requirements
  • Manage creative timelines, deliverables, and workflows across multiple client accounts while maintaining high standards of quality and organization.
  • 4–6 years of experience in creative marketing, content strategy, or social media marketing, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Experience leading or managing creative contributors, with at least one year guiding team members, freelancers, or cross-functional partners.
  • Strong copywriting and brand storytelling skills, with experience developing messaging across multiple marketing channels.
  • Experience developing or overseeing paid social creative for digital campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Ability to translate marketing strategy and audience insights into compelling creative concepts and campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms and emerging content formats, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and work effectively with strategy, media, and analytics teams.
Education
  • (Not required) – Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
