- Support evaluation of potential acquisitions, including modeling, due diligence, and integration planning.
- Spot emerging trends, risks, or opportunities in financial and operational data that shape company strategy.
- Continuously refine FP&A workflows, templates, and reporting as the function scales.
- Apply structured improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) to streamline processes and boost accuracy.

Job Summary: We need a driven FP&A Manager ready to launch and own the financial planning and analysis capability in a fast-moving, operations-heavy business. You’ll turn numbers into clear, decision-ready stories that help leadership steer the company forward.
