- Prior sale-side transaction experience (PE environment)

Our PE-backed healthcare services client is seeking a hands-on Interim CFO to stabilize financial reporting, elevate analytical insight, and lead the finance function through a pending transaction. This role requires an operational CFO who is comfortable working in the details and partnering closely with executive leadership and PE partners.
This is a high-impact interim engagement for an operator CFO who thrives in ambiguity and can quickly restore confidence in financial data ahead of a PE transaction. Key Responsibilities:
