  • 6+ years of experience in technical architecture, platform engineering, or solution design within cloud or SaaS environments
  • 2–5+ years of experience supporting live production systems in roles such as SRE, DevOps, or Technical Support Engineering
  • Demonstrated experience working with distributed systems, data pipelines, and cloud-native applications
  • Exposure to major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Background in customer-facing technical roles
  • Experience with incident management, troubleshooting methodologies, and root cause analysis
  • Familiarity with hybrid or on-premises infrastructure is a plus
