Responsibilities

On the Finance team at Financial Partners Credit Union, you'll support financial analysis and reporting by preparing recurring and ad hoc reports, including ALCO, GL variance, FICO, Federal Home Loan Bank availability, and board policy compliance calculations. You will assist with budgeting, forecasting, pricing models, and development and maintenance of financial models, as well as daily liquidity calculations and monthly/quarterly liquidity reporting. You will also help support financial systems and databases, manage mortgage pipeline hedge files, interpret financial data to identify trends, and balance multiple priorities while operating with high ethical standards.

Requirements
  • Must demonstrate curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn in a hands-on environment.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant financial analysis or planning experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply broad financial concepts to technical and analytical applications.
  • Experience developing dynamic, PC-based financial models.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large volumes of data and identify meaningful, big-picture trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present financial information clearly.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and functional areas.
  • High level of proficiency with spreadsheet and database applications.
  • Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, budgeting, financial analysis, and financial reporting.
Education
  • (Not required) – Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a closely related field from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
