Responsibilities

On the Analyst team at Lowe, you'll support all stages of the real estate investment and development process across office, residential, hotel, resort, retail, and mixed-use assets, as well as corporate capital markets activities. You will perform detailed financial analyses and modeling, assist with investment documentation and due diligence, conduct market research, and help with sourcing, capital raising, and asset management. You will also track and report on development processes, coordinate with consultants, and contribute to special projects and new business or redevelopment opportunities.

Commitments

Lowe is hiring an Analyst to begin in Summer 2026 for a two-year program based at corporate headquarters in Los Angeles (Brentwood), with an expectation to relocate to the Washington, D.C. regional office afterward. The role is intended for candidates graduating with a relevant bachelor’s degree in the first half of 2026 who have pertinent internship experience and are willing to relocate as outlined.

Requirements
  • Prior internship experience at an investment sales or capital markets brokerage firm, investment bank, development firm, or investment firm
  • Highest level of personal integrity and ethical standards
  • Strong personal initiative and desire to succeed in a demanding, entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of people in a collegial, team framework
  • Excellent communication skills – written, oral and interpersonal
  • Superior quantitative and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize duties, process multiple projects, work collaboratively, and meet deadlines
  • Comprehension of real estate fundamentals
  • Grasp of finance and economic principles and market dynamics
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Argus, as well as Word and PowerPoint
Education
  • (Not required) – Ideal candidates will be graduating with their Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline during the first half of 2026, have relevant internship experience and be willing to relocate as described above.
