Responsibilities
- Be gracious, friendly, patient and have a helpful attitude towards guests as the first person they see.
- Run the central kitchen host station where all patrons will check-in if they have food orders and receive a pager.
- Handle to-go orders.
- Sell merchandise and Beer Cans from the togo station.
- ID guests when needed.
- Answer the phone, taking any messages as needed
- Recommend and check out board games from our library of games to guests
- Assist with customers inquiries or complaints when asked.
- Have a strong knowledge of all products sold
- Create material for social media posts.
- Support the bartenders, taproom manager and other staff as needed
- Bus and clean tables when appropriate
- Help with restocking, cleaning, setup and/or breakdown of the taproom, restrooms, patio, and all other service areas as needed
- Follow all safety and health regulations
- Be a brand ambassador and potentially represent Red Bear at festivals and local events
- Any other assigned tasks as assigned by management

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
