- 8+ years of experience in water resources engineering for transportation projects
- Licensed Professional Engineer in Maryland, or the ability to obtain licensure within 12 months
- Strong written and oral communication skills with proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience preparing plans, technical reports, and engineering calculations
- Strong knowledge of water resources engineering, including drainage, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, stream restoration, bridge scour, outfall design, and TMDL requirements

- Exhibited client coordination skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Participation in project pursuits and other business development efforts
- Proficiency in MicroStation.

- Knowledge of Maryland Department of Transportation Modals, Maryland counties, and local municipalities
- Proficiency with hydraulic and hydrologic (H&H) modeling software including TR-20, TR-55, HydroCAD and HY-8.

Required Skills & Required Experience
