Responsibilities
- This individual will oversee multi-entity partnership accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls, while supporting capital events, investor reporting, and portfolio growth initiatives.
- Oversee multi-entity accounting structures , including capital accounts, equity roll-forwards, and investor allocations
- Validate and maintain distribution waterfalls in accordance with partnership agreements
- Manage accounting for capital events , including acquisitions, dispositions, refinancings, and investor distributions
- Coordinate with tax advisors on K-1 reporting, carried interest, promote structures, and incentive allocations
- Maintain detailed documentation supporting all ownership and capital transactions Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting across all entities
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including consolidated reporting
- Maintain and enhance internal controls and accounting policies
- Serve as primary liaison with external auditors, tax advisors, and lenders
- Support lender reporting requirements and ensure compliance with debt covenants and financing structures Operational Leadership & Process Improvement
- Lead and develop the accounting function, including team oversight and mentorship
- Build and scale systems, workflows, and processes to support continued portfolio growth
- Implement best practices aligned with institutional real estate and private equity standards
- Drive automation, reporting enhancements, and data integrity across financial systems

- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data manipulation
