About The Role Rooftop servers are responsible for submitting guest menu selections and presenting these food and beverage preferences. The right person will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings. A Hyatt restaurant server will engage in casual conversation and create the restaurant experience by their style and service attributes. Other duties include general restaurant preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment. If you have experience as a server in a restaurant, we'd love to hear from you! Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly table service while maintaining a warm, welcoming guest experience Greet and seat guests as needed, managing the host stand and supporting smooth front‑of‑house flow. Run food efficiently and accurately during high‑volume periods, ensuring timely delivery and proper presentation. Buss tables, reset sections, and maintain a clean, organized dining room throughout service. Assist teammates across all front‑of‑house roles to support overall operational success. Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar teams to ensure accuracy and speed of service. Handle guest concerns with professionalism, escalating issues to management when appropriate. Support opening, mid‑shift, and closing duties to keep the restaurant clean, stocked, and service‑ready. Adapt to shifting business needs; this role is not limited to serving and requires flexibility across multiple FOH functions. Uphold all safety, sanitation, and service standards consistently. The hourly rate for this position is $17.75 . All Candidates must be in possession of identification proving authorization to work in the United States.
