Requirements
  • At least 2 years of construction industry recruiting experience for both skilled trades and construction leadership roles (Carpenters, Laborers, Foreman, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and hiring across multiple job levels.
  • Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong working knowledge of recruiting platforms and job boards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common business software applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
  • Commitment to ethical recruiting practices and equal employment opportunity principles.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-based environment.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with construction, architecture, and/or project-based industries is highly desirable.
  • Experience with analytics and recruiting metrics preferred.
Education
  • (Not required) – Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional recruiting experience.
