Responsibilities
- Full-time IT Technician position to act as a standard, primary point of contact for technology-related issues and inquiries for district employees.
- This position will build a rapport with the building administration and staff to ensure a positive working relationship and clear lines of communication between IT and the assigned location(s).
- The position also ensures user compliance with IT procedures and policies and configures and deploys devices and educational software for use by administrators, educators, and students within the district.
- Using a combination of standard procedures, best practices, and problem-solving techniques, technicians seek to provide accurate and meaningful solutions for district clients.
- Experience troubleshooting computer hardware, software, or other electronics.
- Work under general supervision of the Director of Information Technology.

Requirements
- We're Looking For a Technician With
- Two years of experience in an Information Technology role, preferably in education.
- Working knowledge of Windows, MacOS, iOS, and ChromeOS operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills (including the ability to write documentation).
- Basic networking and/or telecom experience.
- Experience troubleshooting computer hardware, software, or other electronics.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work under general supervision of the Director of Information Technology.
