- Project Management and Administrative Operations
- Own and maintain project timelines, task boards, and workflows in ASANA, ensuring deadlines are visible and met across the marketing team
- Serve as the team’s primary point of coordination for internal scheduling, calendar management, and meeting logistics

- Manage logistics for industry events, webinars, conferences, and internal meetings, from planning through post-event follow-up
- Coordinate with venues, A/V teams, and other external parties to ensure events run smoothly and on schedule
- Handle Zoom webinar setup, registration, and technical coordination for virtual programming
- Maintain event calendars and communicate logistics clearly to stakeholders and attendees
- Vendor and Partner Communications
- Serve as a point of contact for marketing vendors, creative agencies, print partners, and other external resources
- Track deliverables, manage timelines, and flag any issues that could affect project completion
- Manage the intake and routing of marketing requests from internal stakeholders and resource partners

- Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including scheduling, list management, and basic performance reporting
- Assist with social media scheduling and channel management
