Requirements
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in a marketing, project coordination, or administrative role
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects or tasks in a tool like ASANA, Monday.com, or similar
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and polished approach
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues before they become problems
  • Comfortable working with marketing platforms such as email service providers, social media schedulers, or CRMs
  • A collaborative team player who is dependable, communicates clearly, and follows through
  • Ownership: someone who takes responsibility to ensure that tasks are completed on time and proactively communicates updates and escalates issues appropriately
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with the life insurance or financial services industry is a plus, though a genuine willingness to learn this space matters just as much.
  • Experience in the life insurance, financial services, or insurance distribution industry
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar marketing automation tools
  • Experience coordinating events, conferences, or webinars
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
  • Vendors and partners feel well-managed.
