- Automation & AI Solution Development: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document opportunities for automation and AI.
- Design, develop, and maintain RPA workflows using tools like UiPath Studio or Power Automate, and implement AI-driven solutions, including intelligent agents, custom models, and machine learning applications.
- Integration: Integrate automation and AI solutions with other systems and applications, such as databases, APIs, enterprise platforms, and third-party software, aligning with integration standards and principles.
- Process Assessment: Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation and AI enhancement.
- Evaluate feasibility, ROI, and develop supporting documentation, including process maps and solution design documents.
- Testing and Optimization: Develop and execute test cases to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance of automation and AI solutions.
- Debug and optimize workflows and models.
- AI Research and Innovation: Research emerging AI technologies and methodologies (e.g., LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, custom ML models).
- Evaluate their applicability to business challenges and develop recommendations for strategic adoption.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, product owners, and subject matter experts, to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation and AI solutions, including technical specifications, design documents, user guides, and training materials.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices, data security and privacy regulations, and internal architecture and development standards.
Commitments
This hybrid role requires three to four days onsite at our Houston Spenwick facilities during normal business hours.
