- Own the preparation, review, and interpretation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to drive profitability and performance improvements.
- Analyze trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs), delivering clear recommendations to executive leadership.
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, sales, accounting, and executive teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
- Lead annual budgeting and long-range financial planning processes.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices in financial reporting and analysis.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts and other finance team members.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and board-ready reporting materials.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, capital projects, and other high-impact financial initiatives as needed.
