- Crew Leadership: Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the CIPP installation crew to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Project Execution: Oversee pipe lining operations including liner preparation, wet-out, inversion, curing (steam, hot water, or UV), and reinstatement
- Site Preparation: Assist with job site setup including traffic control, equipment staging, and safety measures
- Equipment Operation: Operate and monitor specialized equipment such as inversion units, boilers, compressors, generators, and cutting robots
- Quality Control: Ensure liners are installed according to specifications and perform inspections to confirm structural integrity
- Communication: Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and municipal clients to ensure project requirements are met
- Safety Oversight: Enforce safety standards and ensure all crew members follow company policies and procedures

Pay: $24 - $25 an hour plus overtime (based on experience)
