- Assist in the execution of capital markets transactions from initial pitch through closing.
- Prepare client-facing materials including pitch books, offering memoranda, financial models, and timely market analyses.
- Provide support for lead originators in Debt Capital Markets on client engagements
- Support due diligence efforts and coordinate with internal teams to ensure transaction integrity.
- Analyze financial data of clients and prospects, including public and private comparable issuances, debt, and M&A transactions.
- Conduct valuation analyses and market research to support structuring recommendations.
- Track the market daily and collaborate with team on relevance of current news and potential implications/updates for clients and prospects.
- Maintain and update transaction comparables and industry benchmarks.
- Participate in meetings with current and prospective clients, supporting presentation delivery and strategic discussions.
- Collaborate with banking and product teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Assist in preparing materials tailored to clients and prospects
- Maintain internal CRM systems closing checklists, and quarterly reporting.

Summary
The Analyst is a foundational member of the Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team, responsible for supporting the origination and execution of transactions across Investment Grade Bonds, and Private Placements. This entry-level role offers hands-on exposure to a wide range of industries and transaction types, with a focus on complex structuring and capital raising solutions. Analysts work closely with junior and senior professionals to conduct financial analysis, develop client materials, and support all phases of transaction execution.
