- Complete pre-treatment setup, operate laser equipment, and perform daily equipment checks.
- Client Education & Influence: Educate and guide clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post-care.
- Reinforce progress and recommend additional treatment areas based on client goals and outcomes.
- Personalize treatments, anticipate client needs, and encourage rebooking and reviews.
- Clinic Operations: Prepare treatment rooms, flip rooms between clients, and maintain clinic cleanliness.
- Follow operational standards including opening/closing tasks, inventory, and equipment readiness.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with clinic teams to support daily operations and clinic sales goals.
- Communicate scheduling updates and model Milan’s standards of professionalism.
- Perform laser hair removal treatments following Milan’s established medical protocols
- Educate clients on pre and post-treatment care to ensure safe and effective results
- Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safe and efficient client flow
- Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments
- Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriate
- Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service
- Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining client records
- Assist with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparation
- Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfaction
Commitments
Location: Las Vegas (North), NV
Status: Part-Time (19 Hours Per Week)
Schedule: 2 Days Per Week (Rotating)
Week 1: Monday & Tuesday
Week 2: Friday & Saturday
After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providers
