- Enterprise Performance Management & KPI Optimization
- Build, operate, and continuously refine the company's enterprise-wide KPI framework based on Balanced Scorecard (BSC) methodology.
- Perform regular performance reviews to assess progress against targets, identify gaps, and support root cause analysis for underperforming metrics.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure KPIs remain aligned with evolving business strategies and organizational priorities.
- Executive Meeting Operations & Decision Support
- Organize and facilitate key corporate governance meetings, producing high-quality briefing materials and decision-support documents for executive leadership.
- Manage the annual business planning cycle — including guideline distribution, cross-departmental plan consolidation, and submission review.
- Track and follow up on executive directives to ensure timely execution; maintain and keep current critical internal governance documents, including delegation of authority policies and other corporate regulations.
- Corporate Strategy & Management Analysis
- Oversee the roadmap and execution tracking of key strategic initiatives in alignment with the company's long-term vision.
- Analyze operational and financial data through a strategic lens to generate insights that inform and support senior leadership decisions.
- Lead knowledge management efforts by converting ad hoc management issues and executive directives into structured, documented data — establishing a reliable institutional knowledge base for the organization.
- Investment Feasibility Analysis & Process Standardization
- Support profitability assessments (including ROI analysis) for new projects and asset acquisitions, leveraging P&L and financial data.
- Design and standardize stage-gate review processes for investment evaluations, and build a post-investment monitoring and management framework.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience in corporate strategy, business planning, management consulting, or a related field.
- Strong logical thinking and structured problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver data-driven conclusions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (modeling, pivot tables, advanced formulas) and PowerPoint (executive-level presentation design).
- Ability to deliver high-quality work efficiently under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Professional working proficiency in both Korean and English.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership in a corporate setting.
- Familiarity with BSC, OKR, or other performance management frameworks.
- Exposure to financial modeling or investment feasibility analysis.
Education
