  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Gather analytics from HubSpot, LinkedIn, BrightTALK, and paid media campaigns.
  • Maintain an organized marketing spend tracker for budgeting and reporting.
  • Internal Coordination
  • If remote, visit AUTOSOL HQ periodically for team meetings, planning sessions, or major event preparations (approx. once per quarter).
  • Assist with HubSpot email builds, automation workflows, and contact segmentation.
  • Help track campaign engagement metrics and compile basic performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the remote Marketing Assistant (Events) to ensure pre-event and post-event digital promotions align with campaign timelines.
  • Manage AUTOSOL’s internal brand asset library (logos, templates, photography, and collateral).
  • Maintain consistency in visual and written content across digital and print materials.
  • Use Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for minor graphic edits, event signage, and campaign visuals.
  • Digital & Content Marketing
  • Create, schedule, and monitor posts across AUTOSOL’s LinkedIn and social media channels.
  • Assist in writing and formatting newsletters, email campaigns, and blog content.
  • Maintain and update the AUTOSOL website, including event listings, product pages, and news updates.
  • Draft and proofread marketing copy for social posts, event announcements, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to ensure messaging and visuals align with strategic objectives.
  • Use tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for minor graphic edits, event visuals, and campaign collateral.
  • Internal Communications & Company Culture
  • Coordinate logistics for internal gatherings, including catering, décor, invitations, and photography.
  • Help develop creative ideas to foster engagement and teamwork across departments.
  • Capture event photos and assist in sharing highlights across internal and external communication channels.
