On the Director team at Kaizen, you'll act as a strategic partner to the founders, driving high-impact initiatives across market expansion, partnerships, internal operations, and overall company strategy while providing strategic finance and business insights through analysis of revenue, pipeline, unit economics, and operational metrics. You’ll build and maintain business operations infrastructure, including planning processes, dashboards, metrics, and decision frameworks, and convert high-level ideas into clear plans and execution. You’ll also provide hands-on GTM and special project support by organizing customer events, supporting outbound and sales efforts, preparing materials for customers, investors, and internal decisions, and owning key initiatives end-to-end.
Commitments
You’ll work in-person from the San Francisco office, collaborating closely with the team.
