- Works with the development team to value projects in various stages of development, building complex valuation models, identifying risks and opportunities and presenting target development initiatives to investment committee
- Acts as investment manager for internally developed projects, coordinating with project managers, owning, updating and auditing the portfolio model, conducting due diligence, coordinating with third party advisors, and creating investment committee materials
- Screens development opportunities across CleanCapital's existing pipeline and project origination efforts to assess project viability and guide future origination efforts
- Works with the Capital Markets team and external financing advisors to coordinate marketing materials, models, Q&A for tax equity and debt financings and monitor project development expense budgeting
- We are looking for an AI-curious, forward-thinking candidate who actively integrates AI tools into their daily professional routine
- As needed, completes special projects for other business verticals at CleanCapital Education Requirements

Location of Position This position is based in our NYC office with a commitment to a minimum of 2 in-office days.
The physical demands of this job require an individual to be able to work at a computer for most of the day, be able to participate in conference calls and travel to team retreats on a time-to-time basis.
