Requirements
  • Online marketing channels such as email, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing to effectively reach and engage donors

  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, EveryAction, Engaging Networks, HubSpot)
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills a plus.
  • Operate standard office equipment and use required software applications for program area and other applications, including Microsoft Office
  • Partner with other functional areas to accomplish objectives
  • Interpret donor data and campaign metrics to optimize fundraising efforts and measure success
  • Facilitate meetings, ensuring that all viewpoints, ideas, and problems are addressed
  • Organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to develop and execute digital fundraising campaign
  • Maintain confidentiality of agency and client information
  • Marketing, Communications, Fundraising, Business, Nonprofit Management, or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years related of relevant experience in digital marketing, online fundraising, or nonprofit development.
  • This includes hands-on experience with managing digital campaigns, utilizing fundraising platforms, and engaging supporters through email marketing, social media, and website content.
  • Experience with data analysis tools, donor management systems, and the ability to interpret campaign metrics to inform strategy is also highly valued.
  • Prior work with nonprofit organizations or fundraising teams, along with a proven track record of meeting fundraising goals, can be important assets for this role and/or training approved by Human Resources
  • Strong analytical skills, creativity, and experience with online fundraising tools and platforms are essential
