Requirements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft O365 applications.
  • Strong technical background with a focus on workflow automation and process improvement.
  • Experience in process automation, scripting, and workflow design, and automation tools (Power Automate, PowerApps, SharePoint, PowerBI, ServiceNow) preferred
  • Desire to learn new techniques and skills.
  • Strong analysis, planning, organizing and time management skills.
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
  • Interest in and ability to acquire new skills and tackle challenging projects.
  • Ability to work effectively with both users and technical staff in team-oriented environments.
  • 2-3 years’ application design, development, and support experience.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts.
Preferred Skills
  • Workflow and process improvement methodology and technology solution experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in a legal, professional service, or regulated environment is advantageous but not required.
