- Manage purchase order tracking, inventory receiving, and merchandise entry into Shopify
- Maintain accurate inventory records and product organization within Shopify POS
- Ensure merchandise is properly received, tagged, and entered into the system
- Support operational organization using Google Docs and Google Sheets
- Help maintain consistent internal processes that keep the business organized and running smoothly Marketing & Customer Engagement
- Plan and execute a consistent Instagram content calendar , including creating and posting content
- Manage email marketing campaigns and maintain high-quality customer email lists within Shopify
- Support consistent customer outreach and communication, including engagement with top customers and VIP clients
- Coordinate logistics for in-store events and promotional initiatives conceived by the owner Store Support
- Provide in-store sales coverage when needed
- Support customer experience during busy retail periods
- Occasionally cover shifts when the owner is working with hair clients or managing other parts of the business Some weekend coverage may be required during events or busy retail periods.

Goldie’s Hair + Wardrobe is a boutique hair salon and women’s clothing shop located in the heart of Maplewood, one of St. Louis’s most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods. The shop has a warm, boho aesthetic with hardwood floors, a tin ceiling, and a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the creative energy of the neighborhood. We are located steps away from some of Maplewood’s most beloved destinations including a vintage bowling alley, a nationally acclaimed microbrewery, a popular music venue, a craft butchery, a yoga studio, and a fantastic coffee shop. Goldie’s has quickly built a loyal following and a distinctive in-store experience. We are now looking for a Retail Operations & Marketing Manager to help bring structure, consistency, and growth to the business.
