Responsibilities

Attend meetings with potential clients to understand technical and business requirements and ensure all necessary information is gathered before proposing solutions.
Understand Oracle BOM and validate product fitment according to customer requirements.
Provide technical solutions in a professional manner within agreed timelines.
Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally.
Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners, internal stakeholders, and customers.
Create internal design and configuration documentation including data flows, architecture diagrams, and technical explanations.
Work with Oracle Support and Product Management teams to provide feedback on existing product issues or improvements.
Design technical solutions for customized or bespoke customer requirements.
Present and sell technical solutions to customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Prepare compelling sales proposals including technical and commercial documentation highlighting business benefits and cost savings.
Lead bid teams when required and coordinate proposal activities.
Interface with implementation and project delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from Sales to Delivery.
Candidate Profile Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience with at least two of the following Oracle Cloud products: Oracle Fusion Sales & Service Cloud
