- Execute all phases of the brewing process: milling, mashing, lautering, boiling, and wort transfer.
- Follow established recipes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with precision and consistency.
- Monitor and record critical brew parameters including temperature, gravity, and pH throughout each shift.
- Support cellar operations including yeast handling and fermentation monitoring.
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation (CIP) of the brewhouse and all associated equipment.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date brewing and production logs.
- Assist with packaging operations as production needs require.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials including malt, hops, and yeast.
- Assist with inventory tracking and raw material management.
- Promptly identify and report any quality concerns or equipment issues to the Brewhouse Manager or Senior Brewer.

Wilding Brands is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Shift Brewer to join our production team in Denver.
Comfortable standing for extended periods during brewing shifts.
Ability to climb ladders and work safely on elevated platforms.
Schedule
This is a shift-based role with hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on production demands.
Flexibility and reliability are key.
Shift differential pay available depending on assignment

- Strong attention to detail with a genuine commitment to quality.
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with laboratory testing methods (gravity, pH, cell counts).
- Ability to lift and move up to 55 lbs (grain bags, hops, chemicals).

- Able to work in hot, wet, and physically demanding environments.
