Requirements
  • Proficiency Required In: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro), Instagram Reels/TikTok editing tools, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or 2 to 3 years of experience in a social media or marketing role.
  • Demonstrated track record of growing social media audiences and improving engagement metrics, with examples or a portfolio required.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn growth strategies, including organic and paid approaches.
  • Proven experience capturing photos and video content in a professional or organizational setting.
  • Proficiency in Lightroom for photo editing.
  • Experience in video editing and reel creation.
  • Must be local to the Inland Empire or Riverside County area; this is an on-site position with no remote work option.
  • Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule within part-time hours.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to bend, squat, and stoop on a consistent basis.
  • Ability to lift, lower, push, carry, or pull up to 50 to 100 pounds.
Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency Required In: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro), Instagram Reels/TikTok editing tools, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Experience with Mailchimp, Classy, and Meta Business Suite is a plus.
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking and writing preferred but not required.
  • Experience in video editing and reel creation.
