- Prepare production-ready files for print and digital purposes, including proper sizing, color correction, interactivity, and formatting.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of layout production experience in an agency or similar environment, specializing in both print and digital design.
- Portfolio demonstrating production design skills across print and digital media.
- Proficient skills in Mac-based Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), Figma, Sketch, and working knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Knowledge in both print and digital processes, production methods, and digital file handoff for developers.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- A team player mindset with a solid work ethic, self-motivation, and excellent time management and communication skills.
- Experience with quickly learning new software, techniques, and processes.

Your Role:
As a Studio Artist , you'll collaborate with and support a variety of teams and projects. You will have a blended skill set and a passion for creative problem solving and technical execution. You will handle digital and print projects, often inclusive of each other. You will bring a passion for process, while upholding industry best practices. You are efficient by nature and aim to keep projects moving forward while attending to the important details that this work requires. You love to solve visual and technical problems and follow well-established brand guidelines and processes. To excel you are flexible, versatile, and comfortable working on multiple projects with changing priorities.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations. Compensation
$65,000—$75,000 USD
