- Portfolio & Investment Management
- Manage assigned real estate assets in alignment with company and investor investment strategies.
- Evaluate property performance, financial results, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategic asset management plans for individual properties and regions.
- Monitor assets throughout their lifecycle, from acquisition through stabilization and disposition.

- Work closely with property management teams to monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Liaise with property managers, brokers, contractors, attorneys, and other industry professionals.
- Assist with negotiating leases, renewals, and vendor agreements when necessary.
- Travel to property locations as needed to review performance, assess conditions, and support asset strategy.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support portfolio success.

Position Purpose
At GoldOller, the Asset Manager plays a key role in driving the financial and operational performance of our multifamily portfolio. This position works closely with the Director of Asset Management and senior leadership to evaluate property performance, develop strategic plans, and maximize the long-term value of assigned assets. The Asset Manager serves as the key point of contact for investor communications, leading calls, analysis, and reporting.
The Asset Manager supports all aspects of asset oversight, including financial analysis, operational strategy, capital planning, and market evaluation, while collaborating with property management teams and other stakeholders. Through thoughtful analysis and strategic decision-making, this role helps ensure each property operates efficiently and aligns with the company’s investment goals.
What You’ll Do

3+ years of asset management or related real estate investment experience
