- Perform hands-on, day-to-day facility support and general maintenance tasks, including minor repairs, furniture assembly, workspace setup, wall mounting, and basic building upkeep
- Respond to facility service requests and assess issues related to building systems, identifying when licensed trades or vendors are required
- Monitor and evaluate facility issues involving mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems to determine scope, urgency, and appropriate next steps
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to support repairs and maintenance activities, including initiating service calls, scheduling access, and overseeing on-site work
- Serve as an on-site point of contact during vendor visits to ensure work is completed as requested and the work area is left safe and operational
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks that do not require licensed trades, and support facility inspections as assigned
- Use the company's ticketing or maintenance system (e.g., JIRA or CMMS) to document issues, track work status, and help prioritize facility needs
- Follow all safety procedures, facility policies, and applicable guidelines while performing work
- Support general facility needs as they arise, including tasks that may be physical, repetitive, or outside of a specific trade specialty
- Work collaboratively with Facilities leadership, the Facilities Coordinator, and other technicians to support daily facility operations and site needs
- Provide on-site direction and task support to temporary labor, vendors, or surge resources as assigned, without direct supervisory responsibility
- Travel occasionally to other company locations to assist with facility support activities, as needed
- Comfortable using ticketing or work-order systems to document issues and track work
