Requirements
- Certifications in ASNT Level II MT, PT, UT, VI, or SNTC-1A Level II MT, PT, UT, and VI
- 5+ years of experience in the NDT industry
- Proven experience managing field crews and multi‑site projects
- Strong communication and client‑facing skills
- Solid understanding of boiler and storage tank operating conditions, safety procedures, and inspection workflows
- Excellent computer skills and high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to lead projects independently and collaborate effectively with engineers, inspectors, clients, and internal teams
- Flexibility with changing schedules
- Willingness and able to travel 50-75% of the time
- Ability to read, write, and speak English

Nova Data Testing is seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and highly motivated Field Project Manager to oversee our Non Destructive Testing operations across the Southeastern and Northeastern United States. This is a multi‑faceted role that requires the ability to simultaneously manage projects, lead and support field teams, and perform hands‑on inspections regularly. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable coordinating logistics, supervising employees, working directly with clients, and working in the field to support technicians on‑site.
