- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive engineering programs for an on-site Atlanta facility, serving as the technical expert while ensuring optimal performance of all building systems.
- Drive operational excellence through program development, preventive maintenance strategies, regulatory compliance frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives while fostering an inclusive culture of safety and technical excellence.
- Develop and implement comprehensive engineering programs including preventive maintenance, continuous improvement, capital planning, and sustainability initiatives
- Create and standardize technical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for building operations
- Design and execute preventive maintenance programs and optimize building system performance
- Provide technical guidance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and building automation systems
- Implement and support the asset lifecycle management program
- Support day-to-day facility operations including technical project support and emergency response protocols
- Serve as primary engineering contact for clients with professional communication
- Coordinate vendor activities while promoting supplier diversity and contractor oversight
- Lead capital projects and building assessments
- Establish regulatory compliance frameworks and safety protocol implementation
- Monitor program effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and review vendor contracts

Requirements
- 5+ years progressive engineering experience in IFM, JLL, or equivalent industry
- NFPA-70E understanding
- Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, automation, and life safety systems

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work with diverse backgrounds and perspectives
- Knowledge of industrial and critical infrastructure environments, technical drawings, and jurisdictional regulations
