- The intern will work closely with brokers and the operations team and gain exposure to active listings and real projects across retail, office, land, and energy-related properties.
- This role offers meaningful experience, real responsibility, and insight into how commercial real estate deals are marketed, researched, and supported.
- Assist with creating and maintaining property listings for retail, office, land, and energy assets
- Build and update property marketing materials using Canva
- Organize and prepare listing materials for internal and external platforms Lead & Broker Support
- Assist with responding to inbound listing inquiries
- Provide basic property information including highlights, rates, and marketing materials
- Support multiple brokers with listing updates, reports, and marketing coordination Research & Market Analysis
- Assist with research reports
- Support energy and land research Executive & Office Support
- Schedule meetings, Zoom calls, and calendar invites
- Assist with event registrations and receipt tracking
- Coordinate printing, mail, and basic office needs
- Occasionally visit listings for photos, signage, or key pickup/drop-off Monthly & Accounting Support
- Run lease expiration reports
- Update leasing trackers
- Assist with CommercialEdge entries
