Requirements
  • Three or more years of experience in a Client Service or Account Coordinator position in the insurance or other industries.
  • Must be willing to maintain current licensure by attending continuing education courses as required by Ohio Department of Insurance.
  • Knowledge of ACT Database software; Microsoft Office – primarily Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Others within MS Office helpful but not required
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, discounts, commissions pro-rata.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic accounting.
  • Have or be able to develop full understanding of company history/philosophy and services provided.
Preferred Skills
  • Three or more years of experience in a Client Service or Account Coordinator position in the insurance or other industries.
  • Insurance experience is preferred.
  • License to sell Life and Health in designated service area (i.e., Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana) is preferred.
Education
  • (Not required) – Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales or similar field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • (Not required) – Must be willing to maintain current licensure by attending continuing education courses as required by Ohio Department of Insurance.
