Position Summary
The Communications Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy that enhances member engagement, strengthens brand identity, and supports the strategic objectives of Westhaven Golf Club. This role oversees all internal and external communications including member correspondence, digital platforms, social media, marketing campaigns, event promotion, and brand consistency.
The Communications Coordinator serves as the club’s primary storyteller and brand steward, ensuring consistent messaging that reflects Westhaven’s culture, values, and standards of excellence.
This position reports directly to the General Manager and works collaboratively with all department heads.
Key Responsibilities
