- Our client is seeking a highly analytical finance professional to support strategic decision‑making, enhance operational accuracy, and help build a scalable finance function during a period of organizational transition.
- Core Responsibilities Dynamic Financial Modeling: Develop, maintain, and manage a range of financial models, including integrated three‑statement models and 13‑week cash flow forecasts.
- Provide scenario and “what‑if” analyses to support decision‑making across multiple business units and performance areas.
- Operational Data Integrity: Act as the key connector between strategic finance and day‑to‑day accounting.
- Oversee daily accounting workflows to ensure accuracy in category-level reporting and data consistency.
- Transaction & Audit Readiness: Partner closely with senior leadership to prepare for upcoming capital initiatives such as equity raises or debt refinancings.
- Maintain a fully organized, due‑diligence‑ready data room and ensure all financial records remain audit‑ready at all times.
- Performance Analytics: Identify, analyze, and resolve variances within the ledger, including issues like accounts payable discrepancies or payment timing gaps.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, compelling insights for executive and board-level presentations.

- Required Qualifications Advanced Financial Modeling Skills: 2–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or a high-growth Corporate Development environment.
- Must be capable of building sophisticated, integrated models from the ground up.
- Exceptional Attention to Detail: A strong instinct for validating data at its source and a deep understanding of the underlying mechanics—not just the outputs—of financial information.
- Systems Proficiency: Experience working with mid-market ERP platforms and data visualization tools is highly preferred.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in evolving environments with developing processes and motivated by creating structure within a complex financial setting.
