Requirements
  • Proven experience managing paid social campaigns with budgets exceeding $100K/month across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest; additional expertise with TikTok Shop, Snapchat, or LinkedIn is a strong plus.

  • Deep understanding of auction-based media buying and strategies to scale profitably
  • Strong grasp of ad targeting methodologies, performance optimization, and iterative testing
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., predictive analytics, automated bidding, generative creative testing)
  • Experience leveraging machine learning models to inform media mix, creative decisioning, or performance forecasting
  • Comfortable interpreting outputs from AI tools and translating them into actionable strategy
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.) and performance reporting platforms
  • Fluent in mathematical and statistical concepts with strong critical thinking skills
