- Assist with the execution of fund launches and onboarding for open‑ended and closed‑end Cayman, LATAM, and Canadian structures.
- Support coordination with third‑party service providers, internal teams, and distribution partners to respond to investor inquiries and ongoing operational requests.
- Assist with processing standard investment requests from regional investors through to completion.
- Help document and support improvements to operational procedures for ongoing fund maintenance on distributor platforms, under the guidance of senior team members.

The Role
Within our International Private Wealth business, we are seeking a strong, motivated professional to support day‑to‑day execution and coordination across new and existing private offerings with major banks and wealth management firms in US Offshore, LATAM, and Canada.
Responsibilities

It is expected that the base annual salary range for this New York City-based position will be $150,000 to $200,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
