- Guide innovative IT solutions at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Senior IT Manager, overseeing key technology initiatives that enable our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner and safer.
- Work within the ETO (Engineering, Technology, and Operations) organization, collaborating closely with GBS (Global Business Services) and all other local IT teams.
- Engage with key business stakeholders in the P2P (Procure-to-Pay) space and Shared Service Centres.
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement strategic technology roadmaps while managing teams across multiple locations.
- Support digital transformation through implementation of advanced solutions in areas like cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and enterprise systems.
- Ensure operational excellence, security compliance, and continuous improvement of IT services while nurturing a collaborative culture focused on customer success.

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of ERPs (Enterprise Resource Planning systems) is essential
- Expertise in Coupa application is key to success in this role

- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, security and compliance requirements
- Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party contracts
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage at all levels
- Experience building and developing successful teams
- Experience with agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives
- Business acumen and ability to align technology solutions with business objectives
- Expertise in IT service delivery, operations and process improvement
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Compensation And Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in is £68,600.00-£85,000.00.
