Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Team and Program Directors to coordinate and streamline operations, ensuring the success of each vertical’s season,
- Facilitate weekly payroll operations for student-athlete employees,
- Contribute towards weekly operational reporting,
- Support payroll troubleshooting by partnering with the Customer Support team and responding to employee inquiries,
- Facilitate the integration of program schedules and standings into our mobile application, enhancing user experience and engagement,
- Coordinate with site directors to swiftly resolve any discrepancies in-game results or disputes throughout the season,
- Engage with the Customer Support Team to gain insights into customer feedback, using this information to pinpoint and address areas for improvement within our offerings,
- Oversee the development and refinement of registration forms to ensure precision and clarity for our participants,
- Distribute essential program materials, including season schedules and team rosters, to our partners, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources for smooth program operation,
- Document and communicate any suggestions for product and operational enhancements to the Product and Engineering Teams, fostering operational efficiencies,
- Maintain clear, consistent, and effective communication with our program participants, delivering critical pre-season and in-season information and updates throughout the season,
- Ensure the Program Operations Jira board is meticulously maintained and up-to-date, providing regular reports to Program Directors on project status, identifying any blockers, and facilitating efficient resolution and progress,
- Help maintain our standard operating procedures in the company wiki, ensuring critical processes are comprehensively documented, accessible, and regularly updated to reflect current practices.
