Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Loan Officer based in Los Angeles, CA. The Loan Officer will connect with clients, assess their financial needs, and provide personalized loan solutions tailored to their goals. Responsibilities will include analyzing financial information, guiding clients through the mortgage process, preparing loan applications, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The Loan Officer will also maintain strong relationships with clients, realtors, and other industry professionals to foster successful business partnerships. Qualifications
Loan Origination, Mortgage Processing, and Financial Analysis skills
Strong sales, client relationship management, and communication skills
Knowledge of lending regulations, loan products, and credit evaluation processes
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Proficiency in loan origination software and related tools
Ability to work successfully in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Experience in the residential mortgage industry is preferred
State license or certification as required by applicable regulations
